At Vedansh Ayurveda, we strive to provide high-quality Ayurvedic products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

🔁 Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Items that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened herbal powders or consumables

  • Used personal care products

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)

📸 Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share unboxing video or photos as proof.

  3. We will arrange replacement or refund after verification.

💰 Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be credited to original payment method or bank transfer.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover shipping.

  • For other returns, customer may bear return shipping cost.
